Sales employees often find themselves contacting multiple employees and specialists to obtain quotes for customized furniture orders, and use valuable time and resources doing so.
Solution
This project aims to simplify the search, contact, and customization process for it's employees to ensure better interaction and simplified user experience.
The challenges in a nutshell.
Sales staff wants to quickly provide customized product estimates to clients and get them on board.
They need to reach out to several specialist at once to get the answers and quotes
There is a significant delay in relaying that information
There is confusion about reaching out to the right specialists.
This contributes to delays in getting back to the clients on time.

An intuitive, easy to use and efficient product dashboard that allows the Steelcase employees to get in touch with the right people, search and customise products intuitively, and communicate on a common platform.
The contact search functionality is a valuable tool that allows users to efficiently pinpoint the teams of specialists who have contributed to a particular project. By using this feature, users can quickly identify and connect with the right experts, streamlining collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
With the customization feature, users gain the ability to personalize products by leveraging historical data. This feature provides valuable insights and data-driven recommendations, empowering users to make informed decisions when tailoring products to meet specific needs and preferences.
