Empathy Map
In my user-centered design journey, I first gathered insights through interviews and observations. Then, I identified key user types, shaping how we design things. Using the Empathy Mapping process, I made a visual guide showing what users say, think, feel, and do.
This guide helped our team understand users better. By updating it with feedback, the guide evolved and helped us create a design that's more caring, effective, and user-friendly for our audience.
Target Audience & User Personas
In creating user personas, I carefully studied users through interviews and observations, turning the gathered insights into relatable characters like Lucas, the busy realtor, and Marie, the calm psychologist. By looking through their eyes, I understood their daily challenges and needs.
These personas became a guide for designing an app that truly understands and helps users. Through ongoing adjustments based on feedback, the personas evolved to stay in tune with users' experiences.
